I am quite seriously thinking about getting up and moving to the other side of the country on a whim. I’m moving to LA on April 1st. What I need from you are suggestions of really great restaurants in LA where I could work? Know somebody who needs a pastry chef? EVEN BETTER! I will take any and all recommendations!
